terrific stay
separate sinks rainfall shower functional room stationary bikes
our standard double room was quite functional. i am glad it included two separate sinks. the rainfall shower worked perfectly. the gym includes three treadmills. i found two stationary bikes too.
the american bar remained CLOSED throughout my entire stay.

the hotel has excellent access to the lake, REALLY a major plus. it made for simple walks along the boardwalk. the town offered plenty of places for dinner and evening activities, all within easy reach.

breakfast provides many options to choose from, it IS an very nice selection. fresh fruit was always available. cooked breakfast options were also available EVERY morning, which i found super helpful for starting my day.

Great Hotel Near Lake Garda
private parking communicative staff helpful experience time savings
The hotel provides secured private parking. The reception staff was very communicative, especially one named Martina. She shared her experience, helping us plan our travels around the lake and saving us time. I look forward to returning to this hotel soon.

charming stay by the lake
beautiful pool plentiful sunbeds stocked bathroom
the hotel grounds featured a beautiful pool. there were always enough sunbeds available no matter the time of day. the hotel kept the rooms very clean, and the bathroom was well-stocked with toiletries, which i appreciated. breakfast offered a good variety of european options.
I found the evening buffet food uninspired. It was merely adequate.

The location is superb. It provides easy access to the lake and a quick walk to the downtown area where bars and restaurants are available. the path alongside the lake is great. It makes getting around easy.

lovely pool good breakfast clean room poor food quality unfriendly staff broken machine
the location was very close to the lake bars and restaurants there was a good selection for breakfast the room was clean and the pool was lovely complimentary water was provided daily in the room there was also a fridge and a kettle
i found that the food was very poor in quality it was often not warm enough cold fried eggs are not enjoyable the ice cream machine was apparently broken the staff were not as friendly in the restaurant as at the bar

Really good Location and Amenities

The hotel has lounge chairs available by the pool. The pool was quite large. A restaurant on site added convenience, I also had a comfortable room with a very comfortable bed and a balcony overlooking the grounds. The room was clean.
I noticed the resort overall appears to need some updating in certain areas, though it did not significantly impact my stay.

Breakfast offered fresh fruit and various breads. Cooked options were available too. I noticed a lot of variety. I appreciated the selection. It was wonderful to start my day this way.

The staff generally proved helpful, especially Antonio who worked in the pool bar and restaurant. He was unfailingly cheerful. He was also very efficient. I was very pleased with the high level of care and attention.

Positive Experience Close to the Lake

The hotel's location near the lake was convenient. I easily walked to the town center. The pool area was clean. I also enjoyed the private sunbathing area. I found secured parking on site. The room was super clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast had many options. I liked the fresh fruit. The staff was helpful, especially Martina at reception. She gave tips for traveling around Lake Garda. I would return to this hotel. I enjoyed coffee and cake offered between 3 & 4pm. I had a great time on Wednesday. The Bardolino market was on the hotel doorstep.
Some parts of the hotel seem a little tired.

The hotel is just a short walk from the lake. The location is near the center of town. I easily accessed the bus stop. I took the bus to Verona for a day trip.
